Japanese food is awsome. But do you know the recipes of them? It is hard to guess. But I know! Okonomiyaki is one of the traditional food in Japan. So this is the recipe of Okonomiyaki.

Ingredients (one person)

flour 50g

eggs 1

cabbage 50g

seafood 50

onion a little

water 50g

sliced pork 2–3 slices

yakisoba 30–50

tempura scraps/tenkasua little

katsuo

okonomiyaki sauce

Japanese mayonnaise

Oil

Step 1: Chop the cabbage, seafood and onion finely.
